Schell School students and staff would like to thank families and community members for their generous donations in support of Carmichael Outreach and the Regina Community Fridges.
With everyone's help and support, as a school we were able to stock two community fridges by splitting the following evenly between them:
- 46 ham and cheese sandwhiches
- 32 peanut butter and jam sandwhiches
- 69 hard-boiled eggs
- 45 individually packaged apple sauces, puddings and fruit cups
- 19 juice boxes
- 90 granola bars
- 33 packages of fruit snacks
- 30 bags of crackers
- 13 bags of cookies
- 48 zucchini muffins
- 60 banana muffins
- 20 mandarin oranges
- 30 bags of sliced cheese
We were also able to support Carmichael Outreach by providing them the following shelf stable foods and warm clothing:
- 62 canned good items
- 1 tetra pak of apple juice
- 1 bottle of mustard
- 1 bottle of BBQ sauce
- 13 packages of dry pasta
- 1 bag of beans
- 14 boxes of dry goods
- 1 bag of pancake mix
- 1 bag of buttermilk biscuits
- 1 container of baby snacks
- 5 Tim Hortons individual cappacino mixes
- 5 pouches of soup mix
- 3 baby food packets
- 3 bags of oatmeal
- 36 toques
- 38 paris of socks
- 52 pairs of gloves/mittens
- 12 headbands
- 14 pairs of ski pants
- 18 jackets
- 11 scarves
- 2 ear muffs
- 34 sweaters
- 8 blankets
- 2 pairs of foot warmers
- 7 pairs of boots
- 11 kids sweatpants
- 2 pillows
- 4 shirts
